What’s The Meeting Minutes Template For?

This template is specifically designed to capture the kind of meeting output from a lessons learned meeting.

All projects need a period of reflection and your closure phase should include a lessons learned meeting. But planning and doing a lessons learned meeting is a bit of a pain. The template will help you record the outcome of the meeting.

You can adapt the content of the meeting minutes template to other types of meetings, of course. Just edit as you want; it’s a Microsoft Word file so it’s easy enough to delete the categories and write in what your own meeting covered.
