Hi Elizabeth, That was a good interview with Bas. I am interested to talk to you sometime about your experiences in Program Management. I play the same role and surely want to collaborate with you on that. Been a bit busy with my job, PMP studies and reworking lap31’s focus. I will reach out to you sometime soon. Cheers!

One very powerful anecdote Rhonda Abrams told me was that when a job listing has ten requirements, men will APPLY if they meet at least one of the ten, whereas women will NOT APPLY if they don’t meet just one of the ten.

I am sure this confidence gap plays in for PM as well.

Thank you! The book is now available for shipping direct from the US, so if you are there you don’t have such a long time to wait as it’s stocked there now. Or if you are in the UK it should be easy to get anyway. Other countries (except India – there’s a distributor there too) take a bit longer.
