Free Template: Project Dependency Log

Free dependency log templateThis month I have a free project dependency log template for you.

It’s a spreadsheet. A study by Workfront reported that ‘surprisingly’ 33% of project managers use spreadsheets and email as their primary project management tools. I don’t think that’s surprising at all. Spreadsheets work and are perfectly serviceable for 99% of what I need them for.

If you’d like the dependency log template for use on your project, you can download it below. If spreadsheets aren’t your thing – I get it. Move on. There’s nothing to see here.

You can use this free project management template for whatever you want. Amend it to suit your needs. Just don’t sell it on. Them’s the rules. Thank you!

Enter your email details in the box below and your download will start immediately.

  1. Utterly disappointed says

I stumbled across this site through a Google search. I was really excited about finding your site especially as its by a woman. I just downloaded the template and I very disappointed in the quality of it. I could have done better without downloading it. Sorry to say but if the rest of your templates are of the same quality I wont have a need for them.

I’m sorry you felt that it wasn’t up to scratch. It’s been downloaded over 1300 times, and I haven’t had this feedback before. If you can spare the time to tell me what you think should have been in the template, I’d be very grateful as it will allow me to make future freebies more helpful. This one is simply a list to keep track of your dependencies. It’s not a Gantt chart substitute.

Having checked my system, I can’t see that you have downloaded any templates at all with this registered email address. However, someone has downloaded my free template archive very recently with an email address that looks unlikely – if that was you, I hope you found the others were more useful to you. (And if that’s your real email address – sorry!)
