Free Template: Decision Log

free decision log template
This month’s free project management template is a decision log. Decisions are taken in all kinds of settings: meetings, on email, when you bump into someone in the corridor… From experience I know that it’s a) hard to remember what decision you took, and b) difficult to find information hidden in meeting minutes to remind yourself of why that decision was taken.

This template sorts out both those problems. Once you’ve started using it you won’t look back, promise!

Download button appears in Chrome, but not in IE9 which the default browser where I work – and I suspect other places

Aha, that sounds like the answer. Thanks, Iain. Now to work out whether there is anything I can do about it at this end or whether I have to find another solution that works with older browsers. Watch this space…

Can you send me the templates too please – I can’t see the buttons to download either and I’m changing jobs – so the templates will be of great use!!
    Thanks Elizabeth
    Sam

Sam, I have emailed the link to you. Sorry about that! It appears fine on my screen so I’m having a hard time working out why other people are having difficulties. We’ll get it sorted eventually.

Sorry. The new blog design was applied this week and it looks like all my buttons for downloading free templates have vanished. It’s back now and I have your email address so I’ll send it to you. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the comment clarifying this. I just sent a tweet saying that I couldn’t find a download link. I tried emailing you but the email address also bounced. Might be worth checking out.
