Video begins:

Hello, welcome back to video 3 of my training series, 2020 Project Management. My name is Elizabeth Harrin, founder of Project Management Rebels and the blog, A Girl’s Guide to Project Management, and I’m delighted to be back here with you.

In this video I’m going to share everything you need to know about making a strategic contribution in your business. We’re talking all things business acumen and understanding your business environment.

This is probably the most important video in the series because if you are looking to take a big step in your career in the next 12 months you need to be able to use those business acumen skills. It’s crucial to demonstrate your contribution and proving yourself as a valuable member of the team.

There are 4 key areas I’m going to cover in the training so let’s just get started!

Awesome session. I have left a multi national organization where I’ve managed medium sized projects and is now in a smaller firm managing strategic enterprise projects. These training sessions and you blog has helped me tremendously in navigating the landscape . Good work!!!
